The Rockridge is priced to sell for $L3750 and the permissions are set as follows: copy/mod/no trans. This allows the new homeowner the opportunity to customize thier home as they wish, without fear of destroying the build. If a part is lost or modified beyond repair, simply drag another copy out of the Inventory folder.
