The Portland model is the third home in the collection. The Portland is the first model to move away from the 'loft' style format and include a fully separate bedroom.

2005 marked the re-introduction of the Portland, as it incorporated many new features requested by residents. Privacy takes on an even greater role with the addition of a new JRL Industries 4-level, one-way privacy tint to the expansive windows. One-way tint affords the owner the privacy they are looking for while preserving the incredible views. Check out the tint in action here.

Additional features in the new Portland include automatic lighting with manual override. This JRL Industries lighting system senses the day and night cycles and automatically adjusts the lights appropriately. The system includes a manual override switch for ultimate control over lighting options.

The Portland has a large front deck/patio with smoked glass railing perfect for easy 'fly-ins'. Inside, the home has multiple living areas, including a loft. The ceilings in the main living area are 2 floors high increasing the spacious feel of the home. On the second floor, there is also a fully closed-off bedroom adjacent to the loft.

The Portland is priced to sell for $L850 and the permissions are set as follows: copy/mod/no trans. This allows the new homeowner the opportunity to customize thier home as they wish, without fear of destroying the build. If a part is lost or modified beyond repair, simply drag another copy out of the Inventory folder.
