The Monterey model is the latest offering in a line of uniquely modern prefab homes. The Monterey expands on the idea of beach living and adds serious punch with its bold unique shape - sure to catch everyone's eye.
The Monterey's most prominent feature is the blended floor-wall-roof. Curves replace the square angle and transition the floor into the wall and continues on to transiton into the ceiling. This 'wrapper' effect creates
a vibrant and exciting structure and lends to a warm eveloping feel to the interior space.
The Monterey introduces a feature not previously provided in any jkh prefab homes: the kitchen. Custom-made cabinet textures, full appliances and an island integrate the kitchen into the main living area. At the far end of the living area, a fluted fireplace keeps you warm on those cool, breezy nights.
The house is designed to sit above ground suspended on six 10-meter pilings that help to facilitate placement on sloped lots. The lack of a traditional foundation helps the home maintain a light, clean and structured feel.
As with all of the other models in the range, The Monterey features 4-level, 1-way tinting on exterior glass for increased privacy while maintaining your views. The home also features an automatic lighting system with a manual override switch. To aid you in a quick and easy installation, The Monterey also uses my Placement Sphere system.
The Monterey is priced to sell for $L950 and the permissions are set as follows: copy/mod/NO trans. This allows the new homeowner the opportunity to customize thier home as they wish, without fear of destroying the build. If a part is lost or modified beyond repair, simply drag another copy out of the Inventory folder.
