Inspired by the beaches of the Northern Sims, the Montauk is perfect for those looking for a smaller home with a modern, minimalist approach. The home is also ideal for use as a weekend retreat or vacation home.

The Montauk has a single, large room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls on either side of the 360-degree fireplace, situated in the center of the room. Doors open up to decks that run the lenth of the house and there is an optional, included, sun deck that is accessed by stairs from the front of the house.

The house is designed to sit above ground suspended on six 10-meter concrete pilings that help to facilitate placement on sloped lots. The lack of a traditional foundation helps the home maintain a light, clean and structured feel.

As with all of the other models in the range, The Montauk features 4-level, 1-way tinting on exterior glass for increased privacy while maintaining your views. The home also features an optional, included, automatic lighting system with a manual override switch. To aid you in a quick and easy installation, The Montauk also uses my Placement Sphere system.

The Montauk is priced to sell for $L550 and the permissions are set as follows: copy/mod/no trans. This allows the new homeowner the opportunity to customize thier home as they wish, without fear of destroying the build. If a part is lost or modified beyond repair, simply drag another copy out of the Inventory folder.
