The Malibu model is the second home in the collection. Designed to take in SL's many hillside and waterfront sites, the Malibu affords views unlike any other.

2005 marked the re-introduction of the Malibu, incorporating many new features requested by residents. As with the SOMA model, privacy takes center stage with the addition of a new JRL Industries 4-level, one-way privacy tint to the expansive windows. One-way tint affords the owner the privacy they are looking for while preserving the incredible views delivered by the Malibu. Check out the tint in action here.

Additional features in the new Malibu include automatic lighting with manual override. This JRL Industries lighting system senses the day and night cycles and automatically adjusts the lights appropriately. The system includes a manual override switch for ultimate control over lighting options.

The Malibu has a large front deck/patio with smoked glass railing perfect for easy 'fly-ins'. Inside, the home is a loft-type configuration. The ceilings in the main living area are 2 floors high increasing the spacious feel of the home. The home is wrapped on 3 sides by glass walls to truly bring the views up close. The main floor centerpiece is the fireplace that creates a warm, inviting feel to the home.

The Malibu is priced to sell for $L750 and the permissions are set as follows: copy/mod/no trans. This allows the new homeowner the opportunity to customize thier home as they wish, without fear of destroying the build. If a part is lost or modified beyond repair, simply drag another copy out of the Inventory folder.
