UPDATE: I've had to put this house on hold until a new placement system is ready. The home is simply too large for my Placement Sphere system, so there is a replacement in the works. Stay tuned.


House X is my largest and most ambitious prefabricated home to date. The home is unique in that it not only offers the homeowner a large amount of indoor and outdoor living space, but the home can be configured in a variety of ways.

The home features a huge main living area enclosed by a gently bowed glass wall. While the glass wall steals the show, the rooms secondary focal point is the fireplace - perfectly situated to place your living room set around.

Off to one side of the main room is a large bedroom with its own entry to the expansive patio. Directly opposite of the main room, is a room that can be configured as another open living area or as a closed-off second bedroom. This room also has direct access to the large patio.

The vast patio has a smoked glass railing and comes in two variants: with or without a spa. The spa is scripted by Siggy Romulus, seats 6+, and has controls for water level, bubble jets, and steam.

In addition, the house has features that are standard in the juro kothari homes line: 4-level, 1-way privacy tint on all windows, automatic lighting system with manual override switch.
