The Highland Park has many custom details that help bring a high-level of realism to the structure. Wide covered front and rear porches lend a warm, inviting feel to the home and period entry lights complete the look.
Additionally, the Highland Park model comes with a garden gazebo to help you landscape your yard. The gazebo is surrounded by a planter box and is ready for you to add plants and flowers. The gazebo uses 46 prims.
The Highland Park is priced to sell for $L2750 and the permissions are set as follows: copy/mod/no trans. This allows the new homeowner the opportunity to customize thier home as they wish, without fear of destroying the build. If a part is lost or modified beyond repair, simply drag another copy out of the Inventory folder.
