Since September 2004, I have taken on several custom builds both residential and commercial. My first custom project was a residential home for Cyrus Apollo located on the north shore of Stillman. Shortly after the completion of that project, I began work on the first home for Darko and Paris Cellardoor in DaBoom.

Custom builds provide a unique opportunity to build a structure that allows for a much higher level of detail and creativity than a prefab. Factors such as owner requirements and the site topography play important roles in making a signature build for the new owner.
