The Alpine Cabin was built with the small plots of Boadman in mind. The cabin sits on a small 10x10m footprint which was the maximum allowed in Boardman at the time. The cabin is perfect for the new SL resident or for those looking for a nice small home. I set the permissions to copy/mod/transfer to allow new residents the opportunity to play around with customizing the cabin themselves and hopefully pick up some new building skills.
